Question:

Can you explain why the hitch is incompatible with the 2015 Sentra SR? Is it a trim problem or is their an obstruction? If it’s a trim problem I would gladly make it fit.

Both the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24907 and the Curt # C11349 exclude the SR model. I reached out my contact at Curt and found out that the reason they are excluded is because of excess trim and an exhaust rattle. They don't have anything in the works for a compatible hitch.

The modifications to make it work would include trimming portions of your fascia and doing some exhaust modification. If you are willing to do some customization, my contact said you can make it work but it will take customization and would void warranties most likely.
