Everything, except one, was pretty much like your Youtube movie on a 2024 Pacifica. The bolt that secured the ground strep will not align in the drilled hole of the hitch. So I had to remove it while hitch was being tightened. A chisel was used to knock it off. Nice hitch.
Installed per instructions. Instructions for trimming under body could be better. Installed by myself. Had to be a bit creative holding up the hitch. It's a bit heavy.
It’s amazing fits perfectly, definitely hard without a prop up for the car but fits good and easy to install

I'm giving this four stars because the hitch itself rules. Install instructions were absolutely terrible. I've got a 22 Pacifica Hybrid. The instructions said to widen the holes in the frame. I didn't need to do that, instead I found another video than the one on this page that showed how to modify the mounting bracket for the emissions sensor, so I did that. Way easier than widening the holes. Then when I went to mount it, there was a random bolt that didn't line up with the holes on the hitch. I cut that bolt off and it went up no problem. I am very experienced mechanically and have a ton of tools and this took me 4 hours. I'd say if you don't have a fully stocked tool bench, pay someone to install this.
After paying returns shipping for the wrong product. This one fit well and the instructions were easy to follow for installation. Highly recommend the video the company links to the order.
Product fit perfectly for my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. Instructions were a bit difficult to understand but the video provided through your website helped greatly! Hitch receiver worked well with our bike rack for our ebikes.
Fits perfectly need help to lift it in place
This trailer hitch receiver is about the fourth one I've bought from etrailer over the years. It has always been for the same model car. My wife and I have worked as a team and have installed all of them ourselves. We're now 86 and 82 years old. My wife hurt her arm and can't hold up her end of the hitch so when we bought the new car, it went from the sales floor to the body shop and the younger guys installed it. Best $65 we spent. It took them a lot less time to install it but it looks like they followed the instructions that came with it. I think I bought the last hitch in 2018 and the price doesn't seem to change very much. A very pleasant surprise.

I picked Etrailer hitch because they had a simple install video where I able to see the hitch on the actual vehicle. I trusted the product because it was their own. I easily even reached an actual person when I had a question. I have only used the hitch to haul bikes

Great shipping and service.
The hitch is nice overall. The hole to accommodate the ground stud on the driver's side is WAY off location. Had to drill the hole bigger and use a carbide burr to make it oblong. It was mentioned in the installation video but it's much worse than he let on.

Hitch has continued to work well. I use it to carry a hitch mounted cargo carrier and would recommend it.
Got a hitch for a hybrid, and installation was very easy.

Excellent product but the install video should be updated to show more passenger side, especially sequencing of the bolt installs into the frame

Install went fairly well. My model hybrid had an electrical box on the drivers side that had to be removed and wasn't in the documentation. I ended up having to cut out some of the plastic on the mount in order to get it re-attached after installing the trailer hitch.
Etrailer hitch arrived in 2 days from order on a Saturday even! I installed it with the great little provided fish wires. The instructions were complete with the size of metric sockets needed. The instructions for the cutting of the sound proofing were not the same as my AWD insulation but I figured it out. I watched the video provided in my order shipping confirmation and it was just what I needed to clearly understand the install.
Two hints: when cutting the insulation make sure to leave all attachment point holes that will secure the insulation regardless of any mistaken over cutting and use a small floor jack with a 1 foot square wooden piece on top to hold the heavy hitch in place while positioning the hitch on the fish wired bolts. This worked great. The actual installation was simpler than the figuring where to cut the insulation.
Finally got warm enough to tackle this hitch. Went pretty well, but the dimensions they show on the sheet that came with the hitch are a little off (heat shield and bottom panel.) I could tell the guy in the video was cutting in places a couple inches off from the instruction sheet. I could have taken a little bit less off the heat shield and maybe moved the slot on the bottom panel over about an inch. For the bottom panel, I just forced it on there and after replacing all the screws, removed what was still interfering with a utility knife. I installed this by myself, with the help of a jackstand, and the Pacifica backed up on my oil changing ramps. I have attached a couple of pictures.

Ordered it and received it within a couple of days. Got a email from etrailer to check in with my experience which was a welcome surprise on their commitment to customer service.
Love the matte powder coat finish. Blends in with the matte black bumper trim. Strong and sturdy. Perfect for my Thule Outpace 3 bike rack. No rattles and holds my multiple ebikes with ease.
Installed on hybrid Pinnacle Pacifica. Instructions are terse. Use the online YouTube videos as they explain it better. Instructions include steps for how to unmount the carbon canister found on hybrids but no instructions on how to remount since the old mounting holes are now blocked. Canister is light so I ended up zip tying it to the frame. Between that and the underbody cover I don't notice any rattling. Started at 2pm, dinner break for a couple of hours and fully reassembled by 9pm. Used a car jack to help get in into position as it was a tight fit.
In hindsight I see that etrailer's Curt C29UR has dedicated brackets for the hybrid canister to move it. However that kit costs $40 more. If you have a hybrid might consider buying that instead. That model also hides the bar in the bumper but does require cutting a larger section of the underbody paneling.
Overall, extremely pleased with the product and the responsive customer service. Shout out to William for the support. Will definitely buy from etrailer again.
