Question:
2019 Tundra 4x4, 4.6 v8. I do already have a round 7 pin female as well as the 4 pin from the factory on my bumper. Would like a plug and play harness for Item # 331-EBRH-ACCV2.

At this time (June 2019) we do not have any trailer brake controllers that offer under-dash plug-and-play installation in your 2019 Tundra with factory 7-way/4-pole. We do offer the no-wiring-needed Curt Echo controller # C51180 which requires only a working 7-way vehicle socket at the bumper and a compatible smartphone that serves as the display and control device.
The Redarc Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR can be installed in your 2019 Tundra but it will need to be hardwired. If you refer to the linked wiring guide you'll see that the Tow Pro uses standard 4-wire hookup. The BLACK power wire goes to battery+ via a circuit breaker; the WHITE ground wire goes to battery ground; the RED input wire goes to the cold side of the brake light switch; and the BLUE output wire goes to the brake circuit pin on the 7-way. It may be easier to run this output wire outside of the existing factory wiring by using wire # 10-1-1, wire loom # 7509-10, loom clamps # A0500 and butt connectors # 05732-2. These will allow you to connect the Tow Pro output directly to the 7-way without disturbing the OEM wiring.
