The etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98853 and the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76112 are both great options for your 2019 Toyota Sienna (All Models). They both have a hidden design, install in the same fashion, and are similar priced.
In regards to ground and bumper clearance they are identical at 13" from the ground to the top inside edge of receiver tube and 4" from hitch pin hole to outer edge of the bumper. They also have the same weight capacity. Therefore, the main and only noticeable difference really is in regards to the coating and origin.
The etrailer.com hitch is what I recommend for you because the powder coating process is superior to that on the Draw-Tite hitch which means it will last longer and it is made in the USA whereas the Draw-Tite hitch is made in Mexico. I have attached an install photo of the etrailer.com hitch for you as well.
Please note that the 525 tongue weight capacity of either option will exceed that of your vehicle so it will not provide any benefit going with a higher rated option.
