Recommended Trailer Hitch with the Highest Clearance for a 2013 Toyota Sienna

Im looking to buy a trailer hitch for my 2013 Toyota sienna to use with a bike rack. My biggest concern is clearance - for example when I go from a sloped driveway to a flat road and scrape the hitch mount on the pavement. So, which of the three brands curt, draw tite, hidden hitch, will have the most clearance in this regard?

The smaller Class II hitches like # 36513 will give you a little more clearance vs. Class III hitches. The Class II will have lower tongue weight and gross trailer weight capacities. A bike rack with a rise in the shank will provide more ground clearance.

When we have installed trailer hitch # 36513 on Toyota Sienna vans the same generation as yours we measured approximately 11 inches from level ground to the top of the receiver opening. To the bottom of the receiver that would be approximately 9-1/2 inches.

The Curt Trailer Hitch # C12065 will give you 11-3/4 inch ground clearance to the top of the receiver opening and approximately 10-1/4 inches to the bottom of the receiver. This one will give you the most ground clearance.
