Yes, the Gooseneck Coupler Head Kit part # GC-HEAD replaces the coupler head on etrailer.com or Ram, round and square Gooseneck couplers. It is designed for use with GCPN Series, GCSQ Series, and GCSQTW Series couplers which all have the 4" inner diameter tube and 4-1/2" diameter outer tube. I have attached a photo of the coupler head installed on Ram Round Gooseneck Coupler part # GCPN-25008 for your reference.
