Question:
I need to replace my LCI 181794 electric tongue jack. I would like to go with a higher lift rating, say 4000 or 4500 lb, but as my Raptor RP30FS is a V nose with a scooped outinch indentation for the jack above the tongue, the jack cannot be much taller than the 21.5inch of the original jack maybe 1-2inch taller.

The Lippert electric trailer jack 181794 was replaced by the Lippert trailer jack part # LC285318 with a 3,500 lbs capacity and 18 inches of lift. The Lippert jack measures 21-1/2 inches from the bottom of the mounting bracket to the very top of the jack and 10-3/4" from the foot plate to the bottom of the mounting bracket. Fully extended it measures 28-3/4 inches.
Since you want a jack with a higher capacity, I recommend Ultra-Fab jack part # UF38-944014. The Ultra-Fab Jack gives you a 4,000 lb capacity and measures 27-1/2 inches when extended. The height from the plate to the mounting bracket is 9-1/2 inches. It does come with a retractable foot plate. You will not be able to extend the foot plate fully because the jack is 33 inches tall with the foot plate extended. The Ultra-fab jack is the best option for a 4,000 lb jack with dimensions comparable to the Lippert jack.
