The Optronics Fusion LED Trailer Tail Light # STL211XRFHB referenced in your question is sold as a single unit. If you need the pair you will just want to order 2 when checking out on the site.

This is a really nice LED tail light with stop, tail, turn signal, and backup light functions. It features durable surface-mount technology to better withstand road shock and its sonically sealed waterproof housing is submersible.
