The description says it uses a standard 3 wire connector? Given that this is a Stop / Turn / Running Light and Backup Light I would believe this must use a 4 wire hook up? The standard pigtail A45CB will not work? What is the correct part numbers for a 4 wire plug in connector?? Thnaks

The Optronics Stop-Tail-Turn-Backup Trailer Tail Light # STL211RB that you referenced does indeed use either two 3-wire pigtail leads # A47PB (right angle) or # A45PB (straight) for connection or one of these can be substituted with # A45CB which is a two-wire plug.
The linked photo shows you the single pin that carries the reverse signal according to my contact at Optronics.
