If you have an aftermarket wiring kit for your 2017 Nissan Frontier then the relays for your trailer wiring are located to the right side of the passenger's seat next to the door (see attached photo).
I have attached a video of us installing the Curt T-Connector # C56225 on a 2019 Frontier that you can use for reference.
For an OEM wiring kit I'm not sure if the relay is in the same location or not. I wasn't able to find anything in the online version of your owner's manual.
