We do have a replacement 3,500 lb axle for your Carlson trailer as well as hubs that fit your description.
The axles that we carry have an 89" hub-face and 74" spring-center measurements so since the hub-face dimensions are only 1" off of what you measured these will work well for your application. I'm pretty sure that your axle has the 89" hub-face measurement as that is extremely common (and measuring the hub-face is a little difficult) but even if our axle hub-face is 1" wider there won't be an issue using this axle.
Since you have hubs with the 5 on 5" bolt pattern I recommend going with the Dexter Trailer Axle # T3584F-EZ-8974 with the EZ-Lube spindles and then either the hub and drum assembly # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K if you have brakes or the idler hub assembly # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K if you don't have brakes. These come in a quantity of 1 so you need to order 2 for your axle.
I have also attached some installation and review videos for you to check out.
