Yes, it is possible for you to tow your 2018 Honda Fit on a tow dolly. However, the manufacturer of the tow dolly you have most likely has certain specifications that the Fit must have/meet in order to be deemed safe for use. I am not sure which tow dolly you have so I cannot confirm an exact fit but I can confirm the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1 will work for you and it has electric brakes. In order to use the electric brakes on the dolly you will also need a trailer connector, the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector part # PK12706.
The process to add electric brakes to the tow dolly you have now is going to be rather difficult so this is not really what I recommend but if this is the route you are going to take then I would need the dimensions of your spidle (where bearings/seals ride) as well as the dimensions of your brake mounting flange (if present) in order to offer options.
I have attached a review video on the above tow dolly for you as well.
