Whats the difference in these steps over the same steps but model # A8004? 18 Grand Design Reflection 337rls

Essentially it's how the two scissor steps store. The part # TLA7844 stores more like a traditional scissor step seen typically at the back of truck bed campers while the # TLA8004 stores more like what is seen on the side of campers. Since you have a Grand Design Reflection 337rls the part # TLA8004 would be the better option.
