Question:
Removing existing clamps, brand new cover but stripped to the point of the whole bolt turning. Called and am receiving new front clamps from your company. Just wondering are there any instructions on how to remove and install new clamps. Could not turn wing nuts by hand needed channel locks to try to turn old ones. Bought it because of ease of installation.

I spoke with my contact at Extang about the install of the front clamp for Trifecta Cover part # EX1034 and he said that you need to disconnect the screws from the crossbow of the cover so that it will drop down and the cab clamp assembly will then be able to slide out of the rail.

Or if the bolt or screw is ok but clamp and or wing nut is all you are replacing, just screw old off completely and replace with new parts without disturbing the T that slides in the track. I just did this on my Ridgeline cover.
