is there a video or step by step instructions how to replace this part. I received a new one but there are no instructions how to replace it?

I spoke with my contact at Extang about the install of the front clamp for Trifecta Cover Clamp part # EX1034 that you referenced and he said that you need to disconnect the screws from the crossbow of the cover so that it will drop down and the cab clamp assembly will then be able to slide out of the rail. You'll reverse this to install the new clamp.

None of the methods are super easy. I'd recommend three though you have to remove hinges. This is least invasive, doesn't require cutting the cover, and also doesn't risk damaging cover.
