Question:
I have stable loads installed on my truck already..... Would these help out even more.. my truck still squats, but handles better with the stable loads than stock.

Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2299 will work with the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade part # TLA7311 and or part # TLA7200 that you already have installed on your 2013 Ram 2500. It may also very well eliminate the need for them entirely because airbags in my opinion are the best suspension enhancement system on the market but they can still be used together if you wish. The ride however may be a tad bit less comfortable which is why I recommend you just try the airbags by themselves first to see if that gives you the correct amount of support.
The reason I believe airbags are the best suspension enhancement system on the market are because they for starters generally have a higher capacity than most other options which means you should be able to take almost all, if not all of the sag out of your vehicle. The airbags are also adjustable so you can always let air out or put more in depending on if you need more support or more comfort which is what truly makes a set of airbags the best suspension enhancement system.
If you would like for the ability to control the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs on the fly then you will also want to consider an air compressor kit such as the Firestone Air Command I part # F2097 but this is by no means required. I have attached an install video of the airbags as well as a review video on the compressor system.
