We do have a solution for you, though there is not a Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter such as # KPG5-Q25-IP which has an offset.
Since you are looking to use your gooseneck trailer and have a fifth wheel hitch I recommend checking out the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16055 which will give you a 3 inch offset. This will work with standard above-bed 5th wheel base rails from Curt, Reese, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, and Valley. It has a 25,000 lb capacity, and comes with a 7-year warranty.
