  We've checked the part number you gave us before and the replacement for it is the part # T4750820 which is for disc brakes. This one does come with a reverse lock out solenoid. If it has rust all over it I'd consider just replacing the entire thing and starting over with everything new. If you can get me the capacity of your axles and the bolt patterns I can help you pick out stainless steel brake components that won't rust as well.

Unfortunately there is not really a trick to getting it off, other than using force. A little WD40 may help but I would use that as sparingly as possible.
