Is there any concern with these mudflaps regarding using automatic drive thru car washes. ??

The WeatherTech Mud Flaps # WT110065-120065 that you referenced will hold up just fine on your 2019 Ford F-250 in an automatic car wash. I spoke to my contact at WeatherTech who confirmed this.
