2017 Nissan Armada SV Trailer Wiring Recommendation

I recently purchased a 2017 Armada SV 4wD and it has a factory installed hitch but NO place to splice or plug in a trailer wiring harness. The dealer ordered all of the parts and said there is no place to install/ plug in the parts. Even though you offer a harness, how in the living heck do install it? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you,

Since your 2017 Nissan Armada does not have trailer wiring currently what you'll need is a hardwire style 4-way kit tested as a fit for your vehicle like the part # C59496. This taps into the taillight circuits of your vehicle to give you the 7-way you need.

Now if your trailer does not have brakes all you would need is the part # 37185 as an adapter to convert the 4-way to a 7-way.

If you do have trailer brakes you would need the # ETBC7 instead of the # 37185 and a brake controller. This kit comes with everything needed to wire up the 7-way and install a brake controller.

For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
