I want a set of air bags to help reduce the sag my 2018 Nissan Titan Xd experiences when I am towing. A compressor would be nice too.

For your 2018 Nissan Titan XD I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 part # AL88229 which is a custom fit for your truck because it can provide up to 5,000 lbs of suspension support and it has internal jounce bumpers as well for added support.
For a compressor kit the Air Lift Load Controller part # AL25592 is what I recommend because it comes with a gauge that you mount on the inside of your truck interior which allows you to easily monitor, inflate, and deflate the bags as needed.
