No, they do not but I have a set that does. Instead you will want the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs item # AL88229. These also have a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity that will keep the rear end of your 2023 Nissan Titan from sagging while you are pulling a trailer.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2594, you were looking at, only fit the 2016 - 2021 Nissan Titan XD.
