For your 2018 Porsche Cayenne I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75950.

Both this hitch and the Curt # C13116 that is also available for your vehicle feature similar designs and identical weight capacities (7,500 pounds towing and 750 pounds of tongue weight) but I like the Draw-Tite # 75950 because it offers a bit of an easier installation process where the bumper beam does not need to be permanently removed. The welded-on bracket unique to this hitch also allows you to easily mount a trailer wiring harness connector.
