Question:
Can you send me SPECIFIC instructions as to how the recommended draw-tite hitch 75950 can be installed on the Cayenne S E-hybrid. THE Cayenne S E-hybrid is different from standard Cayennes in the area where the hitch will be installed because the battery is located there. Do you have pictures? Can you refer me to someone who has installed the draw-tite hitch on an E-Hybrid? Can you refer me to a customer who purchased the draw-tite hitch and had it installed? thanks

On the 2015 Porsche Cayenne whether it is a hybrid or gas model there will be a metal bumper structure behind the rear fascia. This is where the hitch installs so it would not interfere with anything forward of that location. I have included a link to the installation instructions for hitch # 75950 which does include some pictures.
I have personally assisted on a hitch install on a Cayenne (since some steps require two people) and once you get down to where the hitch installs on the vehicle it is straight forward. We haven't had any customers provide us with reviews on this hitch just yet. But they also haven't contacted us with any problems either so all seems to be going quite well with this hitch including ones installed on hybrid models.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And for trailer wiring I recommend # 119250KIT to add a 4-Way flat to the rear of the vehicle. This kit is best installed at the same time as the hitch because it does require access to the tail light wiring.
