I am looking for a trailer hitch for my 2016 Cayenne for a bike rack that I already have. This one says that a strap is needed? I would prefer NOT to have to use a strap.

For your 2016 Porsche Cayenne I recommend trailer hitch # 75950 because it does not require a strap when using the hitch with your bike rack. The Curt hitch # C13116 does have this requirement but it is the only one of the hitches for your Cayenne with the strap requirement.
Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75950 is rated for 750 pounds tongue weight, which is more than enough for even the heaviest bike racks, but consult the vehicle owner's manual for its capacities and go by the lower rating.
