Question:

I am looking to purchase a 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS. I does not currently have a Trailer hitch. The hitch seems to be the easy part. I need a wiring harness that offers 5 pins. My boat trailer has surge brakes and needs the backup light pin to release them. Do you offer a 5 pin wiring harness solution for this vehicle? Thanks

For a hitch receiver I suggest the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75950. It has a 750 pound max tongue weight and a 7,500 pound gross trailer weight. It is a bolt on, no drilling, install that takes about 1-1/2 hours to install.

For your wire harness I recommend the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness with Installation Kit # 119250KIT to give you a connection then use the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 5-Way Flat - Vehicle End # C57187 to get your 5 way flat.
