Question:

I have a 2005 Jayco Jay feather LGT with a Dexter P12 Fremont axle. What lift kit will I need? I thought I have one of the other Dexter Axels so I have a kit already, but its not the right one.

The "P12 Fremont" simply refers to where the axle is made and does not give any other type of information; you will need to know the specific type of Dexter Torflex axle you have in order to get the correct lift kit.

Based on the GVWR of the different models of 2005 Jayco Jay Feather LGT, which range from 5,800 lbs to 6,500 lbs, it is likely you have tandem #10 Torflex axles with 2,300 lb to 4,000 lb capacities, though you will need to verify this. If you do have tandem #10 Torflex axles the right lift kit is the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-02.
