I do have a way for you to install a 7-way trailer connector on your 2012 Ford F-150 but the plug in the photo you attached does not have all of the circuits needed for a 7-way trailer connector so there is not one that plugs directly into this. Instead, you would first need to install a 4-way trailer connector like the Replacement OEM Wiring Harness part # C56110 which does use that plug and then adapt this 4-way into a 7-way using the 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Adapter part # ETBC7.
If the brake (blue) and hot lead (orange or red) wires are not already ran from under the hood to the end of the driver's side frame rail then you will need to do this yourself using the jacketed wire in the kit. If you need help with this then we have a sample install video which I have attached for you.
