Yes we do!

For your 2018 VW Golf GTI we have the Curt Class I Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C11412. This is actually the only hitch available that is confirmed to fit your vehicle and it will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. It will provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and it has a 2,000 pound towing limit. You will also want to check your copy of the owner's manual for the vehicle's specific capacities or any restrictions when it comes to pulling a trailer with your Golf GTI.

I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.

Please also note that Curt does require that any non-trailer load like a bike rack or cargo carrier be supported by a stabilizing strap # 18050. I have attached a short video demonstration so you can see exactly how the strap is used.
