Roadmaster tow dolly electric brakes, are they self adjusting? What kind of spoon do you need to adjust them if they are not?

The Roadmaster Tow Dolly electric brakes, like those on the Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1, are standard manual adjust electric drum brakes. You can use a brake adjustment spoon like # W80630 to adjust the brakes out so that there is just a slight but constant drag of the pads on the drum when the wheel is turned.
I have attached a video demonstration that you can check out as well that shows this process. Just fast forward to around the 4:35 mark to see where the installer starts to adjust the brakes.
