Michael, to add brakes to your Demco Kar Kaddy 3, you can use the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R35D. This will allow you to slide the rotor over the existing idler hub, and the brackets for the caliper will bolt to the brake mounting flange.
You will also need to ensure that you have this type of flange on your tow dolly otherwise you may not be able to add any brakes to the system.
You will also need the the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM62VR as well as the Demco Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # DM5424. You will want to confirm with your tow dolly that you do have the 3" wide tongue for mounting the actuator as well as the brake flange on the hubs to be able to mount the brakes to before going to far.

Ok. I have the U-Haul style closed wheel bearing that have 4 bolt holes that bolt to the trailer. Is that the same or able to be used as a flange?
