Question:

Sumosprings 1500 ram 4x4 2015 I have the air bag helpers that go inside the coils. My truck still sags some with my slide in camper. If I add sumosprings to my truck will it help or will it be useless since I already have bags?

The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-307-47 for your 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 will give you 1,500 lbs load support at 50% compression as they offer progressive load support.

It sounds like you already have the aftermarket air springs like # AL60818 or Firestone # F4185 rated for 1,000 lbs load leveling capacity. If this is the case, then I recommend replacing them with # AL60818HD rated for 2,100 lbs and giving you the same connections but higher capacity.

You can have your current air springs as well as the SumoSprings installed simultaneously and they will add some support as soon as they make contact to assist in eliminating sag, so it will be useful, but it may not be as useful as having air springs with a higher capacity that adjust to level your truck.
