When selecting air bag helper springs I like to take into consideration not only the weight the truck can haul but also how often the truck carries heavy loads. As I see you have a 2019 Ram 1500 you have a few options. Do remember these will not increase payload or towing capabilities, they only improve vehicle stability and safety when carrying loads.

The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4130 are the lightest option. These have a capacity of 500-1,000lbs. I recommend these for the user who loads their truck only occasionally.

For someone who hauls additional weights frequently I recommend using the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88375. I prefer these as they have internal jounce bumpers unlike other air spring manufacturers. The internal jounce bumper helps to reduce bouncing that often occurs with vehicles having air springs. The springs are rated for up to 5,000lbs capacity which is more than your Ram 1500 is capable of supporting.
