Question:

What are the pros and cons of this system versus something like was recommended by another trainer employee: Air Lift 1000 Heavy Duty Air Helper Springs I will also be using a WDH, but I honestly dont like how squishy the rear suspension is on the Ram though I know it helps with ride quality. I was told these can get me the best of both worldsI wont notice them if theyre not under load, but they will keep things firm if they are. And nothing to adjust as would air springs require... Im leaning heavily toward these, but would like to know what the tradeoffs are.

The advantage of the SumoSprings Solo part # SSR-307-47 has is that the install is easy, they are very low maintenance, and provide a comfortable support.

Air bags like the Air Lift # AL60818HD require a lot more maintenance, a more difficult install, but they do offer infinitely adjustable support. I really like the SumoSprings so that would be what I would go with.
