I have a triple axle KARAVAN boat trailer MODEL KRT-11000-79 Mfgr IN 2001. The drums say Dexter with a number 8-201 . What bearings and seals do I need?

The Dexter 8-201 hubs like the part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ use bearings # 25580 and # 15123 with grease seal part # GS-2125DL.
