Will this adapter work to upgrade my oem 2007.5 dodge ram 7 pin plug to an oem 2010+ style 7/4 pin combo plug?

Yes, you can use the Curt Dodge OEM Harness Adapter # C57300 to install a 7-Way/4-Way connector like part # HM40975 or # 30955 on your 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup.

A more cost-effective option though would be to install the Hopkins # 42145 which comes with the 7-Way/4-Way connector and installs directly into your OEM connector.
