What is the difference between Uni-Servo Wheel Cylinder RH Item # T0977600 and LH Item # T0977600. Does the bleeder valve come with one but not the other?

The two wheel cylinders you mentioned # T0977600 and # T0977600 are mirrored versions of each other. The part # T0977700 fits the left hand side and the # T0977600 fits the right hand side. They are not interchangeable.
