Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the replacement right side Uni-Servo wheel cylinder for 10-inch, 12-inch and 13-inch Titan brake assemblies. Now, this part will replace the hydraulic wheel cylinder on the right side of your Titan 10-inch, 12-inch and 13-inch brake assemblies. This part includes the hydraulic cylinder. This is a Uni-Servo design which means it's a single plunger design and this is designed to fit on the right -nd passenger side of the vehicle. This does has a nice zinc plating to it to help resist corrosion and it is made in the USA. That should do it for the review on the replacement right side Uni-Servo wheel cylinder for 10-inch, 12-inch and 13-inch Titan brake assemblies..

This wheel cylinder has been so hard to find but you had the right one. I recommend you to the Basscat boat factory. Because they no longer have the right sides only left they build their own trailers . They took down all your information and other customers with older boats like mine may be ordering from you. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get the bolts out of and the brake lines off of my old cast iron wheel cylinders but I did. The new cylinders from Etrailer went in easily. Better still is that they will last much longer made from zinc coated metal.
They bled out their air and now perform just as if it is a brand new trailer....great! The staff and service of Etrailer is really very good, you can tell that they are more than just words but are indeed sincere.

cylinders on my trailer. The original company Dico is now called Titan. These replacement wheel cylinders were machined to as exact a fitment as I could tell. I had no trouble mounting them to the brake assembly. (Always use new bolts!)

The only issue I had was in one of the cylinders bleeder valve orifice. A small amount of rust had managed to form in the threads. I suspect localized moisture immediately after production led to this. I sprayed a rust dissolving solvent into the bleeder orifice and that made it look new again. Wheel cylinders work as they should.

Free Backing Hydraulic Trailer Brakes Not Allow Trailer To Back Up
Basically, a free backing brake assembly like # T4423400, will have one shoe that is shorter than the other and the bracket will be a different shape. On a regular assembly, the shoes will by mirror images of each other. Also, on a free backing assembly, you would be able to back up. Also if the actuator has a reverse lockout on it, make sure it is engaged so you can back up. There are 2 types of lockout: manual and electric. The two wheel cylinders you mentioned # T0977600 and # T0977600 are mirrored versions of each other. The part # T0977700 fits the left hand side and the # T0977600 fits the right hand side. They are not interchangeable.
