Can I use the lock and nylon screw from my ratcheting arm I am replacing?

Yes, you can use your existing hardware to install the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly part # 753-3579. However, I would go to the local hardware store and purchase a new nylon insert lock nut as they are technically a one time use only product but I am sure you would be fine using you old nut. You will also need part # 853-1251 in order to transfer the lock core over.
