What are the Troque specs for the RB 1139-140 and 1139-149 sway bars.

If you check out the install instructions for both the Roadmaster Sway Bars part # RM-1139-149 and # RM-1139-148 all of the torque specs are listed for each step of the install. There are enough of them at various steps of the install that it would be easiest if you just view the install links to see each figure.
