Will a ten foot kayak fit it the back of my 2013 chevy equinox with the back seats flat?

I have a 2010 Chevy Equinox and I can tell you that a 10 foot kayak will not fit in the back of my vehicle so unfortunately I don't think you are going to be able to fit one in your 2013 Equinox. Maybe if you don't have a passenger and you put the front passenger seat down too, but not just with the back seats.
If sounds like you are needing an easy way to load your kayak as lifting it up to a roof rack can be challenging. We do have an alternative solution for you though. This involves mounting J-Style carriers, like part # S510, on a trailer, like the cost-effective Malone EcoLight # MAL53FR, and then towing this behind your Equinox.
To tow this trailer you need a trailer hitch, I recommend the etrailer.com # E98865, a wiring kit, I recommend the Curt T-Connector # 56094, and then a ball mount with a hitch pin & clip as well as a hitch ball. For this I recommend the Curt # C62KR and the pin & clip # PC3 or the locking hitch pin # e98880.
