Question:
Good afternoon. I have a 2018 mallard m32 TT and the steps are way too high up. I wanted to inquire about the Lippert 432698 Step. The measurements in the diagram say it is 28inch wide which is 1/2 too wide for my opening. The brackets that hold my current steps are welded so they cannot be removed but the step housing can. My question is are these steps a true 28inch wide or is that a round up like a 2X4 plank is actually 1.75? Thanks for your help.

Are measurements are not like lumber measurements that round up. If the overall width of your existing steps is 27-1/2 inches then the Manual Pull-Out Steps # 953240RFALC1 are going to be the best option.
