The inner tube assembly pressed in threads that the threaded shaft uses to raise and lower the unit striped under normal use causing the camper to fall and from what Ive read there is no replacement parts only had the camper 3 years with not a lot of use this should not have happened

Thread damage to the screw/nut inside of a jack is usually a result of over extending the trailer jack. I'm not saying that is what happened to you but that is the cause of the majority of these situations. Is your jack still covered under warranty? If so then it may be able to be taken care of through a warranty claim. The screw/nut are not available as replacement parts.
For a replacement jack I would use the Stromberg Carlson # JET-3755 electric jack that has 24" of lift rather than the 18" lift that your broken jack has. It also has an optional "drop foot" that will give you another 5" of lift when needed. You might also consider the Fastway # FA88-00-6500 flip down foot that gives you 6" of lift.
