Hello will these fit a 2018 ram 3500 DRW with the factory fifth wheel and goose neck prep like the one in the picture?

The rear axle air bag kits we recommend for 5th wheel and gooseneck-equipped pickups like your 2018 Ram 3500 dually are the Firestone products (by the way, Firestone makes the air springs for Air Lift too). Kits from both brands are shown on the included link.

If your truck is 4WD you can use kit # F2615 for 5000-lbs of load support or extra-heavy-duty kit # F2705 for 7500-lbs of support. If the truck is 2WD you can use 5K kit # F2616.

With any of these kits an on-board compressor will make adjustment and fine tuning much simpler by letting you make those pressure tweaks as you drive, so you can feel when you have the correct pressure for any given towing or hauling condition. Firestone Air Command I Compressor System # F2097 is an example of a heavy-duty single-path kit that will control both bags at the same time.
