Question:

I just got back from a 4500 mile trip, I have a 36 ft work and play toy hauler its a not a 5th wheel,i I have a blue ox Sway control hitch. tong weight 1500 the trailer is 12000, The trailer pull good but on a ruff road it beats the hell out of me.Will rear air bag help ? or is there something else? 2015 ram 3500 4wd

In order to increase the comfort of your ride while off road I would absolutely recommend installing a set of airbags. Airbags are designed to maximize safe load-carrying capacity, increase stability and improve ride quality. They install between your vehicle's frame and its rear suspension. In addition to increased stability and improved ride quality, a set of airbags will also improve steering control and braking when you are hauling or towing, level your headlight aim, and last but not least reduce tire and suspension wear.

For your 2015 Ram 3500 with 4-wheel drive, I recommend using the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500XL Air Bags # AL57595 as these heavy duty airbags are a top of line option that can level loads up to 7,500 which will be more than sufficient for your 1,500 lbs. of tongue weight.

For an onboard compressor system you will want to use the Firestone Air Command I Compressor System with Analog Gauge and Heavy Duty Compressor part # F2097.
