The easiest solution would be to install the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 if your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited has the standard factory bumper. For this base plate kit to work with your Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar # BX7420 you simply need the Adapter Brackets # BX88185. These adapter brackets change the connection points on your tow bar so that they are compatible with the EZ5 base plate kit. Please note that a complete flat towing setup includes a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and usually a high-low adapter bar. If you are missing any of these parts just let me know and I can make some recommendations. Also be sure to follow any flat towing (or recreational towing) instructions in your owner's manual.
