My tower harness for my trailer light just the running light come on no single lights

If you start at page 329 in the owner's manual for your 2011 Ford F-150 you can see where your fuse locations are.
In your power distribution box, located in your engine compartment, you can see that location 37 is your TT (Trailer Tow) left stop/turn relay and location 38 is your TT right turn/stop relay. Location 73 should have a 20A fuse that is for both TT stop/turn lamps.
Check the relays and fuses and if you are still having trouble let me know and I can offer further assistance.
