Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this D-Max two foot long rubber hydraulic brake hose. Now this flexible rubber brake line acts as part of your trailer's hydraulic braking system. It connects your hydraulic brake actuator to your trailer brakes when used with additional lines and fittings, which are sold separately. And this flexible design is going to make this hose perfect for use with foldaway trailer tongues, disc brakes and torsion axles. This rubber hose meets the DOT and SAE standards, and there are 3/16 inch brass male inverted flare fittings on either end of this hose.
And as you might know, brass is softer to provide a better seal than steel fittings. And lemme go ahead and straighten this out here just a little bit. Line this up here and get my tape measure. And I just want to confirm the measurements with you. So laying this out here so you can see this.
Measuring end to end. As you can see, we are sitting right at 24 inches long just to confirm that with you. And that inner hose diameter is 1/8 inch. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Got this for my boat trailer great replacement line. I have brakes again
Awesome I finally found some flexible brake lines for my truck. I'm definitely going to be ordering more from y'all. I have a 2001 Toyota tundra and your brake lines have helped me tremendously because before my truck was busting the metal break lines over and over.
Do not order this product. The standard fittings for 3/16 flared brake lines have 3/8"-24 threads. This has something else. I'm not sure what the threads are, maybe they're some metric thread that someone through would be close enough, maybe they were made with really poor quality Chinese dies, whatever the story, the end fittings would not thread into 3/8"-24 fittings, they would start and turn a few threads then jam. Yes, I'm sure it was the firings on the hose which were the problem. I tried multiple fittings from multiple sources which all worked together nicely. I even checked with some good quality US made 3/8" 24 taps and dies The fittings on this hose were the one's which were the wrong size. Also, the flares on both ends of the hose were damaged.
Got in a timely matter
