Hi, will this firestone ride rite kit fit with custom fifth wheel brackets? Woukld like to install air springs and fifth wheel hitch. Thanks

The upper frame brackets for Firestone kit # F2582 mount on the outsides of the frame rails so they are not compatible with custom 5th wheel brackets. Air Lift system # AL57385 will work with the custom brackets on your 2018 Ford F-150. They mount to the bottom of the frame and have a little lip that comes up on the inboard sides of the frame rails so they won't interfere with the 5th wheel brackets.

I also recommend a compressor kit such as # AL25980 so you can adjust air pressure from the comfort of your truck cab . . . or outside of it since this system is wireless. Or you could go with a basic analog system such as # AL25592.
