OK, my turn. I saw lots of confirmations for other years of E46 wagon. Will the #C11174 fit a 2004 BMW 325xi Wagon? Maybe post all the years for the E46 wagon?

Yes, the Curt trailer hitch part # C11174 is a confirmed fit for your 2004 BMW 325xi Wagon. It can fit all 3 Series BMW's of your year as long as they aren't an M3.

Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
